Business English differs from General English, so even if you know how to get by on holiday or have a reasonably fluent conversation with an English-speaking friend, you will probably still struggle in the workplace. A sound grasp of Business English enables you to become a confident speaker who can communicate effectively in English during day to day workplace scenarios such as presentations, negotiations, meetings, small talk, writing reports and C.V.
